Ted Samsel’s Sponge Cake

Unlike most of the recipes found on the recipes page, this recipe is not for anything edible. It is, however, an amusing practical joke.


Ingredients

Several clean, pale yellow sponges
Small bowl of chocolate frosting


Cut sponges into blocks the size of a piece of cake. Ice the tops of half of the pieces with chocolate frosting. Place the the remaining pieces on the top the iced pieces. Ice the new tops with chocolate frosting.

Present on a serving plate to victims with the question:

“have some sponge cake?”
