NASA is using gravity of jupiter to increase speed of new horizons. That means gravitational energy of jupiter will be transferred in additional KE of spacecraft. If NASA keep slinging their spacecrafts this way, gravity of planet jupiter will decrease. Jupiter matter will not have enough gravity to form planet. It will disintegrate in debris. These debris may hit earth and mankind will be dertroyed.

So I am filing internet chargesheet as follow.

You, NASA, are charged that,

1. You stole gravity of planet jupiter by slinging your spacecraft around jupiter.
   
   
2. You used this stolen gravity to give KE to your spacecraft.
   
   
3. This resulted in decrease of gravitational force of jupiter and hence that of every electron, proton which makes planet jupiter.
   
   
4. This episode has threatned very existence of planet jupiter and balance of entire solar system.
   
   
5. You did this even though you were aware that energy can neither be created nor destroyed. You were aware that additional KE of your spacecraft is coming from gravitational energy of jupiter. Lot of gravity is already absconding from our universe. Gravity is very scarce resource.
   
   
6. By increasing the speed of spacecraft just by slinging it around jupiter, you have voilated newton’s third law of motion. You have not used any reaction matter to push the spacecraft. Still you have increased speed of new horizons spacecraft. This has resulted in collapse of newtonian theory and total mess.

Hence you are notified to show causes of your actions. If you fail to reply within 15 days or your reply is not satisfactory, further action will be taken.
