You talk to the other wives. Each agrees to devote a certain amount of time to making garments for sale. Once a week one of you sells these garments from a push cart in the city streets. The money the wives make from this is not much but it is enough to make a great deal of difference in their lives. The women get in the way of doing small projects for the common good. Your lives do not change much but they become much more comfortable.
