God, Dreaming

God dreamed in the warm dark silence. All that was, all that would be, all that could be passed before Him. Abstract, crystalline, and beautiful, the equations of space and time unfolded like roses unfurling petals into the arms of infinity. On a blue white globe golden frogs lived and died within the watery pool of an orchid. In the vision of his dream, God beheld all of creation and saw that it was Good. God sighed. It was time. Screaming and gasping for air, God died and a baby was born.
